I had to had a tire replaced under warranty. The tire was not in stock and was told to come back 2 days later to get the tired replaced. I came back 2 days later after calling to see if it was there. They sa not in stock and was told to come back 2 days later to get the tired replaced. I came back 2 days later after calling to see if it was there. They said yes and come in. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was told they looked all over and the tire WASN"T there and they would order another and to come back 2 days later again! I was told that they would MAKE SURE that the tire was there and that he would keep it by his desk this time. I came back 2 days later (again) and the tire was replaced. The issue I have is that I had to call them NOT them calling me.... also going there and taking time away from clients I had to move around schedules for is an issue. I had to move things around 2 times. I know this may be a one off, but one of my clients is a Toyota Forklift Dealer and I know how the "Toyota Way" works. I feel that customers need to be notified and not have to call in to find out what's going on (not to mention that they should ensure the the parts are there). But all of this said, I would still highly recommend them for your sales and service needs. More

The service was good - it almost always is. Only problem was there were technical difficulties with credit card payments that day and could not be given a receipt for my payment. Oil change prices really increasing by a great amount. Oil change before this last one, the plug was not tightened and I ended up with large oil spot on driveway.
