I always trust Toyota OEM parts and service, which is why I get my vehicle serviced at the dealership. I have a had a mix of experiences at Freeman Toyota, when it comes to their Service department, from the I get my vehicle serviced at the dealership. I have a had a mix of experiences at Freeman Toyota, when it comes to their Service department, from the time they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires after a service and I drove off the lot onto 820 and my tire almost flew off (Very dramatic experience). They took ownership of their mistake and tried to make it right by fixing the damages rotor, so I keep giving Freeman Toyota my business based on their proven integrity. However, this latest service experience was simply poor. Everyone's time is valuable, not just mine. The service rep left for Break/lunch without checking to see if my vehicle service was complete (Which it was), I wasted an additional 45 minutes, and would have wasted even more had I not been lookin out into the parking lot and seen that my car had been parked in the completed section and Keys turned in to have the invoice completed. I brought this to another service reps attention and they were kind enough to gather the documents and print an invoice for me. If I had not facilitated this, I would have been sitting in the waiting room for additional time, just completely wasting my time. I am providing constructive feedback because I KNOW your service team can do better. I am a life long loyal Toyota customer and I know this level of carelessness is unacceptable. More
No complaints, everything was great and fixed right. Loaner was awesome, and our vehicle was ready earlier than originally promised. Will definitely return next time service needed.
