waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. I got tired of waiting and went to ask why it was taking so long. They said they tried to call me. I have purchased two new cars from your dealership and have had no problems with the sales and service personnel. I always call couple days ahead of time to make an appointment for service and always for have had no problems with the sales and service personnel. I was a second one to arrive at a dealership and And when the service stores open I pulled all the way in. Every individual had somebody waiting on them and finally a young lady came and asked me what I wanted I explained it to her and she didn’t quite understand it she said I’ll get somebody to help you and walked away nobody returned to help me I had to ask several people if they could wait on me after they were done. This is the first time that this is happened to me but very unusual. This is the only complaint that I have in 12 years. More
