I took my car in due to a recall. Tim met me when I pulled in the garage. He immediately checked my information and had me signed for a ride home. I received several text messages while my car was bein pulled in the garage. He immediately checked my information and had me signed for a ride home. This was my third visit for service on my 2020 tundra. It sure beats doing it my self. The Tundra continues to be a great road vehicle for road trips. Arrived 3 minutes late for our 8am recall maintenance appointment due to construction around the dealership. After talked to the young man who took down our info, the service manager walked past us with appointment due to construction around the dealership. After talked to the young man who took down our info, the service manager walked past us without saying anything & went to the back, the young man who received us came by & apologized twice before went back to look for the service manager, who returned about 10 minutes later without offering any reason for the delay. Rest of the service was efficient & on time. More
