My appointment started off rough. Had to wait for someone to wait on me. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes. I think there was some confusion with who was supposed to be my service rep. I had De'Vante and to wait on me. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes. I think there was some confusion with who was supposed to be my service rep. I had De'Vante and he made the whole experience good. I have not had good luck with this service department in the past. It always seems unorganized. This experience was by far the best. More

Although the part for my car repair was on backorder for 5 weeks, being given a loaner car was uncomplicated and had no hidden costs. Excellent service all the way around. The people at Freeman always seem to make sure that the way they do things, and the work that is done on my vehicle is done properly. From the purchase of my vehicle, to maintenance, to helping me with a way they do things, and the work that is done on my vehicle is done properly.
