I am upset that my maintenance agreement was not transferred from my original Toyota dealership as the agent said it was done. We came, left the car and about 30 minutes later and we were about 15 transferred from my original Toyota dealership as the agent said it was done. We came, left the car and about 30 minutes later and we were about 15 miles aways doing another errand and had to go back and pick my car. It seems like that should have been obvious before we left. I have now been advised I need to call my original dealership and the maintenance phone center to get this straightened out. It just seems someone could have advised me. I do like Mr Santos and he helped my find the problem last time I went in to show him my maintenance agreement. Just that I was told it was complete. Seems like the Toyota company could communicate better so I can get the service agreement I paid for when I bought the car. More
