Car was showing an engine malfunction and was taken in for that reason. While the car was there they performed an oil change that wasn't asked for. When my wife went to pick up the car they asked for paym for that reason. While the car was there they performed an oil change that wasn't asked for. When my wife went to pick up the car they asked for payment of the oil change. When she confronted the teller and told him to go check with the service writer. He did go check and came back and said she was correct - No Charge. The car is now 2 years old with 4812 miles on it. We purchased and extended warranty for 7 years. I feel they should always tell someone if there is charge and they need to have the correct information in their computer to reflect what the customers policies reflect. More

Only thing I would recommend you work on is greeting your customers sooner rather than having to stand there and wait with no acknowledgement from any staff.
