This was the worst experience that I have had at Freeman. Normally I would say that they are very good but this time was a complete shambles. Called to make a booking and got put on hold about 5 times, no jo Normally I would say that they are very good but this time was a complete shambles. Called to make a booking and got put on hold about 5 times, no joke. I was embarrassed for the receptionist that kept trying to put me through. Took my car in at 11 am for the 30k service. Was told when booking that it would take an hour. When I turned up I was told it would be 3 (by the same person I made the booking with how did it change from Monday to Tuesday). I had a meeting in two hours so had to leave and told them this. Asked for a rental and they did not have one, but was told I could use the suttle. I put my name down. 40 mins later no shuttle asked where it was and got told it would be another 40-50 mins... not sure why that was not mentioned when I told them I had a meeting in 2 hours. Called a friend to come and get me. When I got back at the end of the day was hit with a massive bill. My rep had left so the person helping her out was not sure what to do. No one ever called me to ask if I wanted the work done or was told that I was going to be charged for it. In the UK (where I am from) cars are standardly covered for the first 60k in services. So it was a massive shock. Where I am from we tell people what something is going to cost before just doing the work and then hitting them with a massive bill. Got in my care to see that they had not stamped the service book. Went to get it stamped and they had run out of ink. Just not what I had come to expect. It is a shame as I like Toyota cars but their DFW dealerships are really lacking. More
We have three current cars from Freeman and have purchased cars from Freeman for over 15 years and always buy from BJ Stankovich. BJ takes great care of us and we will be purchasing a fourth car in purchased cars from Freeman for over 15 years and always buy from BJ Stankovich. He goes above and beyond to help us every time we have a need. These two people are what keep us coming back year after year. More

Mallory was awesome but I was a little surprised that when I pulled in for my schedule appointment, my name did not appear on the screen like before. Also, the rep was nice enough to tell me how much my when I pulled in for my schedule appointment, my name did not appear on the screen like before. He did correct it right away, but I was a bit thrown by this. You always knew before....other than that, everything was great! I love my 2018 Rav4. I do miss Brian Jensen in Sales! More
