Car service was great, shuttle service was awful. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, the shuttle driver said he was not the regular driver who he had relieved for lunch. When the driver came to get us he waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, the shuttle driver said he was not the regular driver who he had relieved for lunch. When the driver came to get us he only called 2 names, he did not ask if anyone was waiting for a ride. After we left he had to get gas, and on the way to drop me off he got a call from a customer that had been missed who had been waiting for a ride for over 2 hours. The driver had done nothing to make people aware he was the shuttle driver. He only called 2 names, missed the third person. More
