Sydney was great and the oil charge was quick. I picked up a part for my husband and it was an easy process. I like the different waiting room areas with a desk attached. up a part for my husband and it was an easy process. I like the different waiting room areas with a desk attached. More

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take an hour, done in 45 minutes along with a safety inspection and no effort to sell me more. That's why I come back! would take an hour, done in 45 minutes along with a safety inspection and no effort to sell me more. That's why I come back! More
This visit was fine, but my previous visit had some issues. I found out that my Toyota Care maintenance plan had expired so they charged me 85 bucks for an oil change (which is crazy). However, my SA issues. I found out that my Toyota Care maintenance plan had expired so they charged me 85 bucks for an oil change (which is crazy). However, my SA (who was very nice) advised that my brakes and tires both needed servicing (both of which were not surprising and was good advice). This prompted me to take my car to a local shop that I like to use and they immediately called me out to the floor. Here's the problem. The last time I came in, I specifically asked the SA to ask the mechanic to check my CV joints on the front because I was feeling some clicking and rumbling when driving/turning. He told me that there was nothing wrong with them and that I'd have to set up another appointment to have more troubleshooting done. So I was shocked when I went to the local garage and they called me out to the floor to show me broken seals, fluid leaking all over the seals, etc. I'm not a mechanic and there were OBVIOUSLY serious issues. So they quote me about 1100 worth of work to replace seals, parts, sway bars, etc. This indicates to me that my previous SA simply lied about having anything checked. There is no other explanation. I didn't mention anything about CV or anything else to this other garage, just asked for a brake job. There is no telling how much more damage was caused in the 3-4 months I drove around like that because someone was too lazy or too shady to simply check what I asked them to check. He explicitly told me there was nothing wrong with them. Very disappointing considering an $80 oil change. More
