Van in for service, and it took more than a week waiting for part and waiting 2 days while Mr. Curry was off so he could come back to make sure it was fixed. So on June 29 at about 8:45 am I got a call fro for part and waiting 2 days while Mr. Curry was off so he could come back to make sure it was fixed. So on June 29 at about 8:45 am I got a call from Mr. Curry that my van was ready. I did not go to the dealer until 11:00am. So after paying my almost $2,000.00 I go to start up my van and it makes a loud noise. I immediately go to Mr. Curry, and he wants me to go inside while they check it out. Well I was on my way to a luncheon and had to get another ride. When I returned Mr. Curry said tech had hosed off under hood. So they made sure everything was tightened up and good to go. Why was my van not ready when they said it was ready and especially since it was 2 hours before my picking it up? Furthermore, the least they could do after paying all that money they could have least washed my van. More
