Everything would've been great if I was notified when my vehicle was completed. I was told the vehicle will be done at 1 or 2pm, I received an email video from the technician explaining my vehicle's levels. vehicle was completed. After not getting a call or email or text I decided to go to the dealership to check. Everyone from the Service Dept. was gone and the receptionist happened to catch someone that could open the lock box to get my keys. She said I was very lucky because if she didn't catch her then I would have to wait until Monday to get my vehicle, this was Saturday. More
