I came in with a tire issue and service advisor Olivia let me know that I would need new tires. After talking about different brands and pricing we agreed on a set and she told me she would order them and let me know that I would need new tires. After not hearing anything for over a week, I called up to the service center to find out that the tire order was never placed, and that Olivia had been let go. I was then bounced around from department to department as they tried to figure out why my tires weren’t ordered. I was then told that I would be called back by another advisor, which I was. After talking with him (I didn’t get his name) he told me he would text me some different tire options so we could get them ordered. I’m still waiting on that text 4 days later. It’s now been over two weeks that I have been daily driving on tires that need to be replaced because I’m waiting on your dealership. My family has bought several vehicles from this dealership, and it seems like the service center has gradually gone down hill over the past few years. This issue and few minor other issues keep making the experience at this dealership miserable. If this is how Toyota treats it’s customers, I’ll more then likely be looking at other brands for my next vehicle. More
