The funniest thing is that they update me every single work progress including final quality checks and approval through text and they also text me your truck is ready to pickup! After returning my rental truck provided from insurance I was on the way to pick up my truck I get the surprise call that yours trucks windshield not replaced we need one more day for repair!! That makes me upset after waiting 8 weeks I don’t get my truck back and i don’t have vehicle as well as rental vehicle to drive it’s really difficult to take care of my family and job it is because of them.
