I did not appreciate there being a Rottweiler in the service waiting room. I have nothing against pets, and have owned a Rottweiler in the past. This made waiting for my car uncomfortable. Several employees stopped and petted the dog like it was perfectly fine. From what I observed, the dog was not overly friendly and barked 3 separate times to warn people off. The dog owner could have stayed outside in the shade with the dog if he felt the need to bring it. More
