I showed up for what I thought was a service covered by my extended warranty. Instead, I was faced with 3 long options of expensive items to choose from. I should have been given those in advance to know w my extended warranty. Instead, I was faced with 3 long options of expensive items to choose from. When I mentioned the warranty, some of the items were taken off, so that makes me wonder if I was going to be charged for those items also if I had not asked. One item was that I needed to replace my tires soon because of tread wear. When I looked at the options later, the $1100 option that covered the same tires that I currently have said tread wear was warrantied up to 70,000 miles. I have less than 30,000 miles so should not be charged for that. Also, the tread wear on the front page showed 3 tires with tread issues, but the actual measurements only showed 2 tires. Also, when I checked out, I waited for my keys as they were washing the car. Fortunately, I was there to catch when they tried to give my keys to another customer because there were not identifying tags put on the keys. I had left a clip on my key chain so that I could distinguish mine. I have had no complaints about my service previously, but this one was chock full of issues that affect my trust in your service department. More
I love going there but it’s too expensive to get your car the care that it deserves. That’s the only problem I have with Toyota but other than that the person who helped me was excellent.
