Mr. Pierce is a novice who needs to learn his craft. I am not a new customer; he is a new service representative. My truck was not washed. The offer to do so was offered after my payment was made. In future, ALWAYS COMPLETE THE CARWASH as a courtesy for my use of Freeman Toyota's services and the $$$ I spent. The oil change took entirely too long, and I was at least 45 minutes early. My usual guy, Steve Curry, was not available. Of course, the list of repairs was provided. I appreciate the pictures and text messages. There is always room for improvement. I do not have to come to Freeman's; so, if I return, act like you want my business. This visit was a disappointment. More
