I love Adam Minkley. I didn't like when I brought my car to be serviced, not this last time but the time before they wanted to charge me for something I didn't ask for. I told the guy, that I don't usually pay during my maintenance. And the guy told me "people pay all the time." He was rude. So Adam had me see someone else and I didn't have to pay anything because it turns out I had the package for the maintenance coverage. More

Much better service than last time, but still some issues. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation and my advisor showed me a “minimum cost” that had hidden services I didn’t ask for. It also took a very long time for the valet to pull my truck around. Still overall better service than my last visit, and much less wait time for my oil change than usual. More
