Bailey is great! I had my car towed in 2/19/24 and called in four (4) times asking for Desmond. Not one of the calls told me Desmond is not there anymore. I borrow I had my car towed in 2/19/24 and called in four (4) times asking for Desmond. Not one of the calls told me Desmond is not there anymore. I borrowed a car after they picked up by 4-runner to tow it. Once I got to the service center again no one told me Desmond is not there. Finally I see my 4-runner and Bailey is by it trying to figure out who it belongs to. Bailey did a great job explaining what is going on and keeps me in the loop. In the mean time I get really sick and so my husband got to finish the deal. Be honest with people, employees move around. Also Desmond is still on your Service Dept. More

1: Service manager Chris was outstanding - an easy "5" 2: I appreciate the car wash, popcorn and overall cleanliness of facilities & rest room 3: It would have been nice to have a few more vehicles "5" 2: I appreciate the car wash, popcorn and overall cleanliness of facilities & rest room 3: It would have been nice to have a few more vehicles to look at in the showroom besides 2 Tundras; 1 Rav-4 and 1 Corolla. We will be in the market to replace my wife's 2010 Venza in a year or two and we're thinking probably a 4 Runner. (She won't give up the Venza easily...) 4: I was disappointed at being quoted $230 to replace a Blower Motor Resistor, especially when I identified what had to be done in the first place. $190 for the diagnostic and $40 for the part was out of line - perhaps a 5 minute job. Many shops do the diagnostic for free and charge for the labor & part, I was expecting around $100-$125. Now I'll get the part online , watch a YouTube and do it myself or take to a local garage for around $80. My long-time dealer in Chicago would have found a way to make it less costly. You missed a chance to build some "goodwill" with a potential new car buyer. Chris was the highlight. Thanks for listening! More
