Service Advisor, Lonnie, did not return phone calls (direct to him) for over an hour as I was trying to check the status of my Tacoma. He didn't call back until the receptionist sent him an email to ca (direct to him) for over an hour as I was trying to check the status of my Tacoma. He didn't call back until the receptionist sent him an email to call me. Then, he said there was a problem with paperwork, though the Tacoma was in warranty. I have no idea when service on Tacoma was actually finished, but I believe it was probably finished a couple of hours before I found out that the service was complete. He then supposedly ordered a Lyft ride for me, but after waiting 15 minutes and me not receiving any text or phone call that a Lyft was coming, I called and told him to cancel it. Apparently, he never ordered the Lyft based on text I received showing the ride was ordered and then immediately cancelled. So, my wife had to take me to pick up the Tacoma during rush hour. We would have had a much better experience if I had been contacted as soon as the Tacoma was ready. I do not want Lonnie as an advisor if I ever bring a vehicle back to Freeman's. More
