Service Representative pretended to know more than he actually knew. It seemed like it was more about how many services they could get me to do so I can pay rather than actually helping me understand wha actually knew. I didn't receive a proper report of the multipoint inspection. The cashier who was training another lady had an attitude problem with customers and her trainee. She also told me to exit out the doors without my keys and no indication where my car could be found after she told me it was already washed. Horrible overall customer service.
