Service was incredibly SLOW! !! We finally asked about the amount of time after two hours for a simple oil change and brake flush. I finally went to ask, and Steve said 30 mor !! We finally asked about the amount of time after two hours for a simple oil change and brake flush. I finally went to ask, and Steve said 30 more minutes MAX. It was 55 more minutes! This made it 3pm before leaving, and we had not eaten. For a diabetic, this can be problematic. We found out they had to break open our oil filter compartment because previous service put it in too tightly but we had that service at the same location. Steve never came out to update us. I have had this problem before with him. While other service supervisors have come out and kept me in the loop, I always end up having to hunt him down and ask why is this taking so LONG?!!! More
