I was very disappointed in the level of service I received at this establishment. My car itself was serviced fine but the lack of communication between the people answering phone calls and the adviso received at this establishment. Additionally, after calling back to schedule a follow up appointment to get the issues with my car fixed, I showed up the day of the appointment only for them to tell me that they did not have the part further emphasizing the inability to communicate with customers effectively. Came in with my 4Runner having issues with steering wheel shaking at different high speeds on the highway.
