The service department is a joke. I just brought my truck in for oil change. They didn't top off any of my fluids. Even though I ask them too. They said they could even rotate my tires because they are to used. This truck only has 30000 miles. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Then I asked to talk with manager, so my sales guy called the manager. But evidently I wad not important enough for him to even come talk to me in person. What a joke of a manager. I will take my truck to a different Toyota dealership to have my work done on it. I know this one review is not going to matter to that dealership, but it does matter to me. My sales guy was great, but that was the only good thing there. Not to mention I have only put about 10000 miles on this truck and they tried to up sale me over $1000 Worth of maintenance that most would think would be part of a certified pre-owned. So I had to stop and buy my own power steering fluid right after $100 oil change. Those 5 minute oil change places do a better job than your dealership. Thanks, but no thanks.
