I think they are the best Toyota in DFW area. I bring my car to the one in Gravpevine but extremely disappointed about their service. My car bought on 2023 with less than 9000 miles, but they tol I bring my car to the one in Gravpevine but extremely disappointed about their service. My car bought on 2023 with less than 9000 miles, but they told me the fixing service might cost me because it might not under warranty. Which is totally false. Anyway, Freeman Toyota fix my car on time with efficient communication. The technician is pretty professional and he reported my case to Toyota as well as my case is not really common for a new 2023 rav4. I'm happy to how friendly they are and they did an amazing job.
