Elvir and Mitch took time to explain the issue and the possible parts required. Mitch looked at the results and felt more could be done to bring alignment into tolerances. Typically I have great experiences at Freeman Toyota. I've been going here for almost 10yrs. It definitely depends on your service rep that helps you. Mine was welcoming but before I even got out of the car he was already telling me all the things wrong with my car and I needed to get all of these things done to it that I had never been told before. I come here every few months to get an oil change. I waited over an hour just for him to tell me they had just got to my vehicle and didn't want to do the oil change because my oil pan may not go back on so my car wouldn't be able to leave. I said why would it not go on? He said because the screw is rusted. He tells me everything would cost me $936. I went to the parts division and he said they had already looked up the prices for my oil pan and bolts. I only needed bolts and they were $4.36. I was so outdone. I had them pull my car around. So after almost 2hrs of being there nothing was done to my car. Sad. More

Kyle did a great job (5*) keeping me up to date with the work that needed to be done.. The deal on tires was quite good. I am however very unhappy with Toyota because we had the seals on both front shocks work that needed to be done.. The deal on tires was quite good. The truck only has 33,400 miles and it has had highway miles - i.e., no off-roading or other abusive driving. We are just outside the 3-year warranty period. Shock absorbers should last longer than this (at least 50K to 100K miles). Also, the rate for replacement was extreme. Not happy at all with the warranty department. More
