I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Freeman Toyota. I originally went in yesterday for an alignment and tire rotation. While I was there, I asked them to appraise my ve experience at Freeman Toyota. I originally went in yesterday for an alignment and tire rotation. While I was there, I asked them to appraise my vehicle because I wanted to see what my options were. I’m a single mom, money isn’t unlimited, and buying a vehicle is a BIG decision for me. I’ve had previous dealership experiences where I felt like I had to constantly be on guard, wondering if there were details I wasn’t catching. This was completely different. They showed me the numbers for leasing and purchasing. Because I had equity in my vehicle, they told me they didn’t feel comfortable putting me into a lease and wanted to find another option that made more sense for my situation. That really stood out to me. Instead of just trying to sell me whatever would get me out the door, they took the time to work through the numbers and figure out how they could keep my monthly payment comfortable. A few hours later, I was driving home in a brand-new truck. ❤️ And the biggest thing is—I didn't leave feeling like I had just made a terrible financial decision. I left feeling confident and comfortable with what I had agreed to. For anyone who is struggling financially, on a tight budget, or simply nervous about walking into a dealership because you’re afraid of being taken advantage of, I really want to share my experience. You don't have to be wealthy to deserve to be treated with respect. You should be able to ask questions, say what you can afford, understand the numbers, and have someone actually listen. That’s what I felt like I received at Freeman Toyota. It felt less like dealing with a dealership and more like having extended family sitting there saying, “Okay, let’s figure out what actually works for you.” They went through the details, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what I was signing. The difference from my previous dealership experiences was literally night and day. I went in for maintenance expecting to drive my old vehicle home and ended up driving home in a new truck—and, most importantly, I feel good about the decision I made. Thank you to everyone at Freeman Toyota who made this experience so much easier and less intimidating than I ever expected.
