Let’s just say, I’m not happy. I took my car into Freeland Chevy Superstore, located in Antioch, TN, on Tuesday 12/20/22. I scheduled services because I needed a tune up, as well I took my car into Freeland Chevy Superstore, located in Antioch, TN, on Tuesday 12/20/22. I scheduled services because I needed a tune up, as well as noticed my check engine light and tire pressure sensor light was on as well. When I dropped the car off, I specifically told the tech (Cydni) that I brought it to the actual dealership so my sensors could be reset and lights cleared. At the time of drop off, she told me it would be an estimated $600 and should be ready the next day. I agreed to leave my car at that time. The next morning Cydni called me at 9:07 AM to inform me that based on “Chevy’s recommendations” I should replace my water pump and knock sensors in addition to the tune up, which would cost me around $1800. I told her I had not agreed to pay that and my knock sensors were just replaced a month ago so I was not going to buy new ones. At that time, I told her to forget the tune up and asked the price for just the water pump since that would clear my check engine light. She told me the price would then be $770. I agreed to that and asked how long it would take, seeing as I needed to go to work. Cydni told me it would take couple of hours. I said ok, that’s fine. Almost a week goes by with no communication from Freeland Chevy, partly due to the holiday. There was no compassion after explaining my inconveniences of missing family, and also having to spend way too much money on Uber and Lyft rides just go get to and from work. My check engine light is still on. The paperwork lists that the check engine light is “still on after repair due to customer decline full repair.” Really? With all new parts, a week without my car, $652.22 paid, $100.68 in Lyft rides, a $21.60 Uber ride, and a lonely Christmas later, my car is in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. I am definitely not happy about this. More

This place really sucks ,I have been going to this dealer for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this badly by any other dealership.The details .I was driving down to my home from work.i put my drivers window down and it would not go up.I stopped at Friedland Chevrolet.asked the service advisor if he could help me get the window up so I can drive the car .He said he could not help me because the mechanics go home at 4:00 ,It was only 3:20 and he stated that no one could loot the car until weds of the following week and just shrugged.No wonder you have so much turnover with your employees. Lastly he told me I had to figure because he has to much work.What a joke! More

Every detail was professional I had my car repaired here during the Pandemic and used their pick up and delivery service. Shawn Carver is an amazing service consultant. He helped me navigate a plethora of needs (several thousand dollars worth of service) with the same interest as if the vehicle was his very own. I was thoroughly impressed with his degree of knowledge and insightful line of questions geared toward getting every possible issue and areas of concern addressed. He not only made sure we covered things in detail but ensured I had transportation after drop-off and called me later the same day (twice) with updates then followed up with voicemail and a text when I didn't return his call once my vehicle was ready. I can't say "Thank You" enough for Shawn's level of care and attention to details.
