GREAT customer service. Jonathan and Ellis have gone above and beyond to make sure my repair was done correctly. Horrific service They are terrible never use them for repairs. I was hung up on mid sentence when I requested they contact me when the recalled part was in so my husba They are terrible never use them for repairs. I was hung up on mid sentence when I requested they contact me when the recalled part was in so my husband and I could change our work schedules to pick it up. They kept my car hostage for 2 months trying to up sale me on not just getting the recalled piece fixed. My car operated perfectly before going in with the exception of the recalled part. In that time they killed my battery. They had to jump it for me to drive off the lot and now it won't start at all. Never ever giving them my business again. More

THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THI STOPPED IN TO FREELAND'D CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THIS CAR NOW.THEN ABOUT A YEAR LATER I WAS READY TO BUY, , I CALLED FREELAND'S AND THE OPERATOR WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN WHAT I ,AND TO GET TO THE RIGHT AREA, HER NAME WAS KAYREE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR, THE YOUNG LADY SITTING AT THE DESK EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ASK FOR JOHN AND EVERYTHING WENT UP HILL FROM THERE. HE ASK ME WHAT CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THAT IS WHAT HE SHOWED ME. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR IN THE COLOR AND OPTIONS I WANTED. HE SAID I WILL FIND YOUR CAR AND HAVE IT HERE TODAY. WELL THE NEXT MORNING I PICKED MY CAR UP. I WORK WITH SEAN IN FINANCING, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, DID NOT TRY TO SALE ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED. FROM THERE TO THE SERVICE DEPT. THEN I MET THE YOUNG LADY JOYCE, IN THE SERVICE DEPT.SHE EXPLAINED EVERY THING IN DETAIL. AND SAID IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU NEED OR ANY QUESTIONS CALL ME. I DID HAVE SOME QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS TRUE TO HER WORD. FROM THE OPERATOR TO THE SERVICE DEPT. I WILL NOT I REPEAT I WILL NOT BUY A CAR ANY WHERE ELSE BUT FREELAND CHEVY. They seemed nice in the beginning, but I soon realized that this was not the case. They tried to make me pay for a recalled part. And then when I got it fixed, the day I got my car back, my engine light w that this was not the case. They tried to make me pay for a recalled part. And then when I got it fixed, the day I got my car back, my engine light went on and my car was making a grinding noise. They had just cleared my transmission before replacing the recalled part, but after they worked on my car, my transmission was screwed up. Also, I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (with a 30 point inspection) a month earlier and my car has been leaking oil since. I've taken it back 3 times to get the oik leak to stop, and first it was the "oil plug they didn't tighten all the way", but then when it was STILL leaking, they told me my oil pan was cracked and I needed a new one. Why didn't they see this in the beginning??? Because THEY CRACKED IT! And they blamed it on the age of my car. I tried calling the corporate customer service line, and they were no help because they said they trust their dealership and what they say goes. So what's the point of a larger customer service line?? This dealership are LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, UNWILLING TO ADMIT TO MISTAKES, AND OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not ONCE did they offer to help me with a rental car, or money off my next oil change, or even to help me carry a bag! NEVER, EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! More
I am so disappointed with the service i just received at this Freeland Chevrolet Dealership. They took full advantage of me and had absolutely no remorse for it. I had my car repaired at the beginning of No this Freeland Chevrolet Dealership. They took full advantage of me and had absolutely no remorse for it. I had my car repaired at the beginning of November 2010. It wouldn't start so I decided to take it to this dealership prayerfully thinking this was a company with integrity and would not try to take advantage of me. Boy was I wrong. They charged me extra for all types of labor but I just went ahead and payed the bill thinking and believing that they took care of the problem correctly and I would not have any more problems with my car not starting. Low and behold just four weeks later I was stranded in the middle of the night, in the freezing cold weather, on a dark and lonely street. Why??? Because my car would not start. I once again was stuck stranded with the same issue. Now I had to pay to have my car towed again. I took my vehicle back to this same dealership (the Freeland Chevrolet on Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch, TN 37013) because I was trusting that they would correctly fix the issue this time around and I would be on my marry little way. I was so mistaken, not only did they make me wait until the next day before they would even look at the car (aaahhh, such an inconvenience) but they also told me that now I need another new part (which they charge an arm and a leg for of course). I thought they fixed the problem when they charged me for new parts just weeks ago. They told me there was nothing they could do to compensate me....they could have at least given my a break on the labor costs seeing as though they had just worked on my car a couple weeks ago. They took full advantage of me and now I am outraged. I can not believe a company would operate in such a way. Shame on them. I am so disappointed with the Freeland Chevrolet on Hickory Hollow Prkway in Antioch, TN. I would not recommend them to anyone I know, not even to my worst enemy. They have just lost a customer. More
