Awesome, Amazing, Efficient, and Affordable! I used to go to another Chevy dealer and became disgusted by that dealership after ownership changed hands. As my car was still under warranty and had I used to go to another Chevy dealer and became disgusted by that dealership after ownership changed hands. As my car was still under warranty and had some recall work that needed to be done, I found Freeland Chevrolet and Jonathan Stainton-James! April 2, 2015 was the third time I have taken my 2011 Chevy Cruze to Freeland for service (not just routine maintenance, but real service). Today I started my car and had 2 unusual error messages come up in the display. I had to go past Freeland on my way to an appointment so I stopped in to ask about the error messages and to schedule an appointment to have the errors checked out. I also needed to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and to have the wiper fluid hose properly routed. (The prior Chevy dealer mechanic had routed the hose so that it was getting crimped in the hood hinge). I explained everything that was going on to Jonathan, asked him a ton of questions - which he answered quickly, honestly, and correctly. (Unbeknownst to Jonathan, I used to build engines so I am VERY familiar with the inner workings of autos. As a female, I use my knowledge to ask questions intended to test/gauge honesty and knowledge of the issue at hand. If I get crap answers to my questions - they are not touching anything I drive). I told him I was headed to a 10:00 am appointment and needed to schedule the service visit. He said I'll schedule you for noon, so when you are done with your appointment just come on by. I was back in the shop at about 11:15. I left the car with instructions to call when ready. Jonathan called me at 4:31 pm and said it was ready to go. He asked if I wanted to pick it up today or wait till tomorrow. I had my car back and paid the service ticket at 4:59 pm. The guys (Terry Parks and Matthew Clark) did all that work, test drove the car, and I paid the invoice in less than 6 hours! I absolutely love this service department. All of the employees I have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful, efficient, and just plain awesome. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff I worked with on prior visits - to give them proper credit and kudos - but each time I have been to the shop, I spoke with Jonathan first. I will continue to bring my car to Freeland for any issue that comes up as well as all regular maintenance. If I ever buy another new Chevy product, I will buy it from Freeland. More
Freeland helped me take care of warranty repairs easily. No hassle experience. Ellis Roberts provided a very quick response to my need for repairs that were taken care of under warranty. My First Service Experience Sucked! I dropped my car off for a diagnostic for my instrument cluster. Prior to my visit, there was miscommunication between me and Joyce about the diagnos I dropped my car off for a diagnostic for my instrument cluster. Prior to my visit, there was miscommunication between me and Joyce about the diagnostic fee being deducted from the repair costs; however, Carol cleared that up. I received a ride to work on the shuttle. The driver asked me to provide him with my work address and phone number so that he could call me when he was on the way. That was suppose to happen around 3:00 or 3:15. I called the Service Department around 3:00 to ensure that I would have transportation back to the dealership. A gentleman said that he would check to see where the driver was and call me back. It is now 4:30. He has not called me back and I learned that one is available to pick me up after speaking with Joyce around 4:20. I was seriously contemplating on letting this dealership perform the repairs on my car. After this experience, I will NEVER allow them to touch my car again if I can help it because this experience was beyond horrible! I will not recommend any of my friends or loved ones to this dealership either. Furious is not an adequate word to describe how I feel right now. More

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND I WILL I JUST WANTED TO GIVE MR.JONATHAN JAMES A HIGH FIVE. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!! I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND I WILL BE COMING BACK!! HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE FINDING OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND WHEN HE DID HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHAT IT WOULD COST. I REALLY FELT LIKE HE CARED AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY CAR. NOT JUST ANOTHER MECHANIC THAT WAS OUT TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY UNNECESSARY PARTS. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING MY FRIENDS!! Amazing I get so nervous before going to get my car worked on. As a single woman under the age of 30, oftentimes the mechanics try to talk me into buying part I get so nervous before going to get my car worked on. As a single woman under the age of 30, oftentimes the mechanics try to talk me into buying parts I do not need. This was the first dealership I've been to where that was not the case at all! Everyone was incredibly friendly and honest. I took some work with me while I was waiting and a few employees stopped to chat and comment on my heavy workload as I was sitting there. They were so friendly, an employee overheard me sneeze and I heard, "BLESS YOU!!" from the other room. All of the employees went above and beyond to make sure everyone waiting was comfortable. Besides being overly friendly, they were quick with my car and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Freeland Superstore to anyone. More

Professional, Pleasant, and Fair Worked with Joyce Lewis on 2/20. We came in due to a tire that was deflating quickly. We only let Freeland's service center work on our car that is way we didn't just stop at some random shop along the way. Anywho, we made it safely and we were hoping they could just patch it up. Unfortunately, we had to purchase a new tire and we kinda expected that since we could hear the air coming out. Joyce walked us back to see the damage to the tire prior to just replacing and charging us. I appreciated that one of the mechanics explained why they could not just plug it up and showed us the tire. We purchased our Chevy Camero in 2012 at this dealershipn with Llyod Harris and will not go anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. They always do a great job and are fairly priced. When we decide to buy another vehicle will will be returning here and working with Llyod. Thanks again to Joyce for taking care of us on that visit! More
