I originally came in to attempt to get my car serviced. I had previously purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo, not from Freeland (first mistake), that was literally giving me a headache every single day! I thought I would never get out of that nightmare of a car. I was so upset and stressed when I spoke with Mr. Tim Riley to set up a time to talk about a possible trade in! He knew the situation I was in and he was more than willing to help out! The very next day we met and talked everything out. I looked into a brand new 2013 Chevy Sonic and fell in love! Tim was so very nice and provided me with all the information I needed as well as helped out tremendously! As we went over all the figures I never thought I was going to be cleaning my old car out and driving off in my new Sonic that same day, but Tim made it happen! I was so impressed. I have never had anyone so thoughtful and caring about another's situation from the get go! I am beyond happy and will always go back to Freeland for all my vehicle needs. They even give you a free oil change the first time! I am going to be reccommending this dealership to everyone I know!! Thank you Tim so much, my headache is all gone now!!!! =) More

When I REALLY needed a car, an AFFORDABLE car - no one would help me due to credit issues. Other dealerships seemed to be telling me only WHY they wouldn't help me! From our very first conversation he seemed genuinely interested in helping me with no apparent pre judgments about my credit situation. To me, I felt like a valued customer needing a car - not a bad credit statistic. Every single step of the buying process was handled professionally and with attention placed on listening to what I needed - not telling me what he thought I should get "or else". I have never enjoyed doing business with such a stellar group of people in my life! Even the finance department, Sue and Theresa were FABULOUSLY helpful and caring! JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2012 SILVERADO 2500HD FROM THIS DEALER. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING ALL LOCAL DEALERSHIPS (4) RELENTLESSLY FOR THE PAST WEEK, AND FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL, I SET THIS DEALER APART. I HAD I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING ALL LOCAL DEALERSHIPS (4) RELENTLESSLY FOR THE PAST WEEK, AND FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL, I SET THIS DEALER APART. I HAD BEEN IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH DEALERS CLOSE TO MY HOME, AND I HAD TO CALL CONSTANTLY TO GET INFORMATION FROM THEM.THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK AFTER MY LAST TWO PHONE CALLS. I ALMOST DECIDED TO NOT BUY A TRUCK YET BECAUSE ALL THE HASSLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH. THEN I CALLED FREELAND CHEVY. FARON STOUT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY PROCEDED TO ASK ME WHAT I WANTED AND IF I WAS AWARE OF ALL CURRENT REBATES,AND SOLD ME ON VISITING THIS DEALER. WITHIN MINUTES, LLOYD HARRIS CALLED ME BACK WITH VEHICLES THAT FIT MY CRITERIA AND WAS PREPARED TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT REBATES AND OPTIONS ON EACH TRUCK. HE ASKED ME WHEN I COULD COME DOWN FOR A TEST DRIVE, AND I TOLD HIM AROUND 10:30 AM TOMORROW MORNING. I ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATE AND FOUND THAT THE TRUCK I WAS MOST INTERESTED IN WAS RETRIEVED FROM ANOTHER LOT AND SITTING IN FRONT OF THE MAIN BUILDING, WAITING FOR ME. I FELT EVEN MORE VALUED AT THIS POINT. AFTER WALKING IN THE SHOWROOM, I DISCOVERED THAT LLOYD WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER GUEST. WHILE I WAS WAITING, LEE LINTON CAME OVER TO FILL IN WHILE LLOYD WAS BUSY. LEE GAVE ME THE KEYS AND LET ME TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE, ALL THE TIME ASWERING MY QUESTIONS. BEFORE WE DECIDED ON A PARTICULAR TRUCK, LEE HAD TO TAKE ME TO 3 DIFFERENT LOTS TO PICK APART TRUCKS BASED ON OPTIONS AND FEATURES. LEE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ACCOMIDATION THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH. LLOYD CAME OVER AND APPOLIGIZED FOR BEING BUSY INITIALLY , AND LET MY WIFE AND I KNOW THAT HE WOULD ASSIST US AND LEE IN ANY WAY HE COULD. IN SHORT, FARON, LLOYD ,AND LEE WERE EXTRAORDINARY TO WORK WITH, AND EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH AT THE DEALER GREATED ME WITH A SMILE. DEFINITELY WORTH THE 48 MILES I DROVE ONE WAY TO GET TO THEM. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! WELL DONE GUYS ! More

My husband and I was greeted by Lee within seconds of entering the lot. He is a very pleasant and knowledgable, he listened to us at what we wanted and took us for a test drive and answered all our ques entering the lot. FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR, THE YOUNG LADY SITTING AT THE DESK EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ASK FOR JOHN AND EVERYTHING WENT UP HILL FROM THERE.
