She was very patient with me during the purchase of my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu and guided me all the way. From getting me assistance with the awesome Shane in finance and the very welcoming Hope with All State insurance, Felicia was right by my side through it all. She took me across the street to the 360 restaurant for an awesome meal. She really went out of her way to make me very comfortable with the process. Even after the purchase of the vehicle, she stayed in contact with me constantly in relation to other concerns I had with the car. She was able to set up several appointments with her manager Chris and talk with Johnathan (services) about a minor scratch on the radio display.
