Let’s just say, I’m not happy. I took my car into Freeland Chevy Superstore, located in Antioch, TN, on Tuesday 12/20/22. I scheduled services because I needed a tune up, as well I took my car into Freeland Chevy Superstore, located in Antioch, TN, on Tuesday 12/20/22. I scheduled services because I needed a tune up, as well as noticed my check engine light and tire pressure sensor light was on as well. When I dropped the car off, I specifically told the tech (Cydni) that I brought it to the actual dealership so my sensors could be reset and lights cleared. At the time of drop off, she told me it would be an estimated $600 and should be ready the next day. I agreed to leave my car at that time. The next morning Cydni called me at 9:07 AM to inform me that based on “Chevy’s recommendations” I should replace my water pump and knock sensors in addition to the tune up, which would cost me around $1800. I told her I had not agreed to pay that and my knock sensors were just replaced a month ago so I was not going to buy new ones. At that time, I told her to forget the tune up and asked the price for just the water pump since that would clear my check engine light. She told me the price would then be $770. I agreed to that and asked how long it would take, seeing as I needed to go to work. Cydni told me it would take couple of hours. I said ok, that’s fine. Almost a week goes by with no communication from Freeland Chevy, partly due to the holiday. There was no compassion after explaining my inconveniences of missing family, and also having to spend way too much money on Uber and Lyft rides just go get to and from work. My check engine light is still on. The paperwork lists that the check engine light is “still on after repair due to customer decline full repair.” Really? With all new parts, a week without my car, $652.22 paid, $100.68 in Lyft rides, a $21.60 Uber ride, and a lonely Christmas later, my car is in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. I am definitely not happy about this. More

I guess this mostly my fault for coming to this dealership in the first place. Traded in my vehicle on 11/15/2022, it still has a lean on it, but Freeland offered slightly over what was owed and I dealership in the first place. The vehicle I traded in was on Freeland's lot for sale pretty much the next day. As of 12/12/2022, the lean against the vehicle I traded in has not been paid off and the bank is about to start charging late fees, but they basically said it'snot their problem. Obviously since its not affecting their credit, or bank account, they don't care. So now, I have 2 loans on my account with payments due and 1 of the loans is for a vehicle Freeland has had on their lot for sale almost a month. This means Freeland is trying to sell something they don't have a title for, which also means they don't technically own it. This is the short version of the story. Make sure you ask to see a car's title before buying used and bring an additional person to help spot flaws with the vehicle you are purchasing. Update, 12/13/2022, loan for traded in vehicle was paid off. More

Went to look at newer vehicles and ended up buying a 2019 Chevy Equinox. The salesman, Richard Trocolla, was very professional and did everything he could to make my shopping experience pleasant. The sales manager, Zak Gates, did a great job on the pricing to get my payments exactly where I needed them. This is the 4th vehicle I got from there so that should say something. More
