Our new car purchase On Feb. 4th my wife and I visited Freeland Chevrolet to look into buying one of several cars we had seen on line. Our sales rep, John Schmit was very On Feb. 4th my wife and I visited Freeland Chevrolet to look into buying one of several cars we had seen on line. Our sales rep, John Schmit was very helpful, courteous and professional. All the questions we had were answered. He did everthing possible to see that we had the best deal possible with a payment we were comfortable with. After our purchase he took time to show us how to operate the functions and set up our on star. In 42 years of marriage, this was our first new car purchase. Thanks John and the folks at Freeland for making it a pleasant experience. More

Used Car Without Second Set Of Electronic Keys Purchased 2015 NISSAN on Dec. 26, 2016. Great experience with salesman Lloyd Harris and the finance man, Mr. Clark. After all papers signed and we are Purchased 2015 NISSAN on Dec. 26, 2016. Great experience with salesman Lloyd Harris and the finance man, Mr. Clark. After all papers signed and we are walking out of the showroom, we are informed that there is only one set of electronic keys available. I later find that the extra set will cost $185 and $60 to program it at a NISSAN dealer. I call Freeland and ask if there will be any refund or at least a couple of free oil changes to cover my expense,,,seemed the least they could do for me as the contract was closed and we were happy with the car overall. NO was the word from the Used Car Sales Manager. After some heated words on the phone from both of us, I hung up rather than say too much. This is NOT customer service. Had I know about the missing keys first I would not have bought this car without an up front agreement of compensation. It seems like a given that there would be 2 sets of keys provided. I asked the sales manager if I should have asked if there was a spare tire included with the car. I mean, the expectations would be that keys, tires and a steering wheel would be included would be included without having to ask. I will not return to Freeland for service of to ever purchase another vehicle, new or used. Good news is that I found a freelance key maker that got me a second set for $180. Still.... More
