Lacking in customer service My son & I recently purchased a used vehicle from here. It had a little over 100,000 miles & was marked to be sold “as is”. We inquired about an exten My son & I recently purchased a used vehicle from here. It had a little over 100,000 miles & was marked to be sold “as is”. We inquired about an extended warranty but was told by the salesperson we couldn’t purchase one due to the mileage. I was reluctant to move forward but was reassured by the salesperson that they thoroughly inspect every vehicle & the sales manager makes sure all vehicles are serviced & reliable. Well 3 days after the purchase, my son gets on the interstate & 3-4 sensor lights pop up. The tires are making a loud, roaring noise. He stops at a local tire shop & was told he need to park the car due to bad bearings in one of the tires & 2 others had a slow leak. Needless to say, we returned to the dealer to ask if there was anything they could do to help, but of course the answer was “no”! The tires looked brand new & we took the so called professional salesman’s word that they take good care of their cars & value their customers. I definitely must disagree. They could have at least offered to some help, but we got absolutely nothing but a car & now a mechanic bill, all within 2wks. I should’ve just stuck with Honda of Murfreesboro! Their customer service is superb. Have bought 2 vehicles from there & never had an issue at all. They definitely ensure their customers are taken care of whether it’s as is or not More
