Been looking for a car now for about 6 months now off and on. My honda cr-v was 16 year old and it was getting there. Feeling unsafe. Been looking for an outback as my first choice of cars and it always seemed put of reach. Then i came to freehold subaru. I met Sean and with no pressure i was able to look at the subaru. It was still too high for me to get and he understood that and didnt pressure me to buy anything he even offered to help find me something in my price range but alas still couldnt find one. I left that day and just kept thinking about the outback he showed me. And i knew i had to come back for it. Without hesitation, even on his short day and him not being in the office he gave me the most attentive servixe and helped me out with all my questions even before he had to go to work. Ended up buying the car the next day and havent regretted it. Thank you freehold subaru, especially sean. You made my buying experience easy.. thats why i chose you guys.. More

A very positive experience. Yuliya Shvartsman was a excellent sales person with outstanding knowledge. Not pushy what so ever and things were communicated clearly. I would recommend this dealership/sales person (Along with getting a Outback lol). Since this is a very new purchase, I will review service at a later date. 5 stars and keep up the great work. But a strong suggestion, when doing the final paperwork, the dealership should give the "add-ons" such as extended warranties, extra coverage on the vehicle, etc in advance (Not the day of signing) so the buyer can research it and think it over. But we needed to get to a third row of seats, and needed to do it quickly. Steve took the time and the care to realize the urgency of the situation, and STILL got us a great deal on our new Ascent.
