Great experience leasing my second Subaru (first from Freehold). After dealing with a few car dealerships, pushy salesmen, and low inventory I decided to go with Freehold. Customer service is top notch. I dealt with Kim via email who was always quick to respond. When I went in I met with Sean Brand who was amazing. I came in late in the day after driving over an hour and he got me in and out in under 2 hours. I didn’t feel like I was just a number here. He was thorough, efficient, personable, and all around a great salesman. Very transparent. I then met with finance manager Valerie who was just as good as Sean was. You can tell people enjoy what they do at Freehold Subaru. I will most definitely use them again. More
