This is what car buying should always be like. I dread buying a car so it was a real treat to find this dealership and salesperson, Lester Soto, who made it a really pleasant experience. The entire experience was no pressure and I felt I got a fair price for my new Subaru and trade in. The positive experience got even better after the purchase when I returned to pick up the license and registration. Lester had gone over the operation of the car when I picked up my Outback and I felt that was very thorough. However, when I went back for the license I was introduced to the Subaru Encore person, John DePalma, who gave me the master’s course in all the features and operation of the Outback. The entire team was focused on making sure I had a truly positive experience and insuring that I got the most out of my new car. More
