I walked through the lot with my wife and looked at the vehicles without being harassed with high pressure sales tactics that is very common at other dealerships. When my wife and I were ready to speak with a salesman we went to the office and was immediately met by Mike . Mike was very friendly and professional from our first encounter. Mike worked with the general manager and got me an outstanding price on a 2019 vehicle. They worked together to get us through the purchase process and quickly delivered a spotless fully fueled vehicle. Mike took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly went over the features of our new vehicle before we left. Several weeks after I purchased the vehicle I was notified via email from John that my plates came in. I easily made an appointment to obtain my license plates online. John was very friendly and professional the entire time. John is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and he took the time to answer all of my questions, which were many. I had originally purchased an extended warranty, but wanted to extend it. When I returned for my license plates I spoke to David about the possibility of doing so and he went out of his way to assist me.I was able to cancel the original warranty and purchase an extended warranty at a great price. David was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mike, John, David and Freehold Dodge & Subaru.
