I have dealt with this dealership both sales and service for over 3 years and always found them to be professional, helpful and extremely fair. The employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and very caring for over 3 years and always found them to be professional, helpful and extremely fair. The employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. They do not in any way pressure you like so many dealerships do. They lean over backwards to try to work with their clients and disclose all the information. Service is efficient and fair always explaining exactly what they feel should be done and any associated costs before servicing your car. Sales could not be more attentive if you were buying a $100,000.00 car or a $10,000.00 automobile. The overall experience is very positive and refreshing which is why I was very comfortable returning for both service and to purchase my next car. More

I put the request out on the internet, and Ira Gross responded within an hour with exactly the car I wante one, and I pretty much knew what I wanted. His first "no haggle" quote turned out to be way better than any deal I was offered subsequently. We had a deal on the phone that day, and picked up my car a few days later. This dealership bent over backwards for my family and I. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first Subaru. Mike Moursey was more than helpful and we did buy a Legacy. When I got the car home, and l My wife and I were looking to purchase our first Subaru. Mike Moursey was more than helpful and we did buy a Legacy. When I got the car home, and looked at it the following day, I noticed a dent in the roof. We had all unfortunately missed it the night we purchased the vehicle. Nevertheless, I called Mike right away not knowing how we could fix the problem. Both he and his manager Tony could not have been more apologetic. They found me a matching Subaru Legacy and a couple of days later swapped out the cars with no hassle. At this time my family and I are thrilled with the car. It has great handling, especially in the snowy weather of New Jersey. I would recommend this car to anyone and would say that you must buy from Freehold Subaru. More
