I recently had a very positive experience at Freehold Hyundai purchasing a new vehicle. Firstly, from the moment I walked in the door, Kayla greeted me and offered to help me. This is in stark contrast to my experience at some other local competitors, where I was ignored for over an hour. Kayla took me on multiple test drives in the very specific vehicles and trim levels I had researched, and answered all my dumb questions about the vehicles. When I wanted to see a specific trim level that she didn't have in stock, she found another competitor dealership that did have one in stock so I could go see it in person, and offered to source inventory from other dealerships if I ended up wanting to buy that trim. I told her I was planning on doing more research and still had plans to visit other dealerships and she didn't try to pressure me into buying the vehicle immediately before leaving. She simply gave me her contact information and told me to reach out to her for anything. I appreciated the lack of pressure-based sales tactics or trying to guilt me into buying the vehicle before I was ready to make a decision. I eventually came back and purchased a new Tucson with Kayla. She answered all my questions throughout the entire process, made the purchase paperwork as efficient as possible, and kept in constant communication via phone calls and text messages before and after the sale to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I also had a lengthy interaction with Kevin, who processed all my financing paperwork. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and walked me through every single page of the lengthy paperwork. Kayla and Kevin made the exhausting process of buying and financing a new car as painless and efficient as possible for me, and I genuinely appreciate their help. More

She even called my mom the next day to make sure she got home safely. They have integrity and really want to assist people in getting into a car that they are happy with and a payment that works for them. During our test drive he started to educate me on its functionality. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name that did the in-depth education on the car once I bought it, he was also GREAT.
