Ryan was exceptionally professional, and I ended up leaving with a new car, feeling happy about both the price and the overall experience. I started using this dealership for service on my G70 two years ago because the dealership I leased from was so far away. During that time, I utilized their concierge service and met Joe, the driver. It’s because of Joe that I chose this dealership for my new Genesis. He is incredibly kind and caring, and I always feel confident knowing my car is in good hands when he picks it up. I affectionately refer to him as "Genesis Joe." Additionally, Kelly and Rochelle in the service department are fantastic. Now, let's talk about the finance team. I met Kevin and felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. He makes the process seem effortless. It was smooth and easy, and we shared laughs and conversations throughout.
