Fake positive reviews! !! Just look up their Yelp rating. Worst mistake ever coming here. First, I come and wait there for 8 HOURS….just to be told that they have to order t !! Just look up their Yelp rating. Worst mistake ever coming here. First, I come and wait there for 8 HOURS….just to be told that they have to order the part and I waited for no reason. It literally took them all day to tell me I have to come back. It’s over an hour round trip for me and I was waiting there ALL DAY. Then may finally get the part almost two weeks later and once AGAIN, I’m told it’ll be done same day but that it’ll take all day so to come back. So I get someone to drive with me (once again over an hour round trip) to drop off the car. Do they finish it that day like they said the would. No. But considering how slow they are, I graciously wait ANOTHER full day, only to be told that it’s STILL not ready. I have a 2 year old that I have to find someone to watch . These people don’t care about you at all and this dealership will be getting reported to corporate.m What a HORRIBLE first experience with Hyundai. I should’ve stuck with Kia, where they actually respect your time. Last time I’ll buy Hyundai again. More
I just purchased a 20205 Genesis GV80 at Freehold Hyundai and Genesis, It was a great experience. The staff is very warm, friendly and very helpful. Overall really enjoyed the experience my husband and I had at Freehold Hyundai - sometimes you go to dealerships and you’re rushed around and not prioritized. However, from when we walked in we were liste had at Freehold Hyundai - sometimes you go to dealerships and you’re rushed around and not prioritized. My experience was top notch which is saying a lot considering I typically don't look forward to car shopping. Jason was professional and didn't make me feel pressured in any way. His proactiveness and eagerness to help truly showed. He diligently worked with the manager to get numbers that were doable for me.
