She spoke to my wife and I on a personal level and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say as well as explaining why the vehicle she suggested would work for our family. She was able to get us the best price for the new vehicle and also assisted us with turning in our leased vehicle. Mike in insurance got our new car added to our policy quickly, easily, with no problems, and made sure we had the proper documentation. We have bought several cars in the past and I was not looking forward to the meeting with the Finance Manager. But Ephraim is truly special. Ephraim is friendly, patient, and a real finance expert. Ephraim answered all our questions - sometimes several times - and made sure all the paperwork was 100% correct. There were no surprises. Ephraim saved us many hundreds of dollars and made the meeting very pleasant. Finally, before we drove away in our new car, Amani explained many of the car's new and advanced electronic features.
