The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They were really very concerned about me being absolutely pleased with my choice. I felt they went out of their way and I was very grateful for that type of really very concerned about me being absolutely pleased with my choice. I felt they went out of their way and I was very grateful for that type of service. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to Freehold Hyundai. I can't say that they really care, but they make you feel that your concerns are really important and I really appreciated that. More
I was nervous about buying a car - only because I was not in the mood to deal with what I remembered from my first experience - the obnoxious sales people/process. This turned out to be a bearable process. in the mood to deal with what I remembered from my first experience - the obnoxious sales people/process. This turned out to be a bearable process. The sales team seemed sincere and helpful - down to earth even. Cars cost so there was no getting around that, but I shopped around and they gave me the best price and the best customer service. Their follow-up was also appreciated. More
I purchased two new cars from dealership. Both experiences were great! I got the cars I wanted for the price I wanted. The staff (Aaron and Peyman) went out of their way to be sure I was pleased experiences were great! I got the cars I wanted for the price I wanted. The staff (Aaron and Peyman) went out of their way to be sure I was pleased with my purchases. Also, the Service Department is wonderful. Ron always goes above and beyond to take care of my service needs. I always get service "with a smile" both in sales and service. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Frank and Aaron were wonderful. I never felt pressure to buy. I told them what I wanted where I wanted my payments and they were able to help me with a wonderful new Hyundai Elantra for my daughter. We found a car at this dealer (Toyota Rav) for $16,995. After much discussion and wasted time, we compromised on a price. When we were getting ready to sign papers, we found out the car was in two acciden After much discussion and wasted time, we compromised on a price. When we were getting ready to sign papers, we found out the car was in two accidents. Laura went as far as to show us on Kelly Books that the car was worth what they said it was worth, etc. My husband was willing to still buy the car and they agreed to allow us to take the car to our mechanic. We got home and did some more research and found out that the same car, with same VIN number, was on sale (online) for $12,995. When we submitted a request to be contacted they said that the price online was an error. Very dishonest people. The salesman went as far as to tell us he could put us on the phone with the woman who owned the car "right now" as we test rode the car to learn more about "this great car"... he never told us about the two car accidents either. I came into Freehold Hyundai seeking to purchase a 2011 Sonata. The initial quote was "high 500's/month". FIVE MINUTES LATER it was "high 300's/month". Apparently sales people there are TRAINED to assume t Sonata. The initial quote was "high 500's/month". FIVE MINUTES LATER it was "high 300's/month". Apparently sales people there are TRAINED to assume that their customers' credit rating is terrible and that the quotes should be lowered by the MINUTE! Well MY credit rating is an 840 so you can't assume that every sale at Freehold Hyundai should be GOUGED to a figure where the dealership will profit to the tune of $10,000 per car! I talked to the manager of Freehold Hyundai and she CONFIRMED that her salespeople must be trained to (a) assume a low credit from customers and (b)initiate negotiations with the potential customer at a ridiculously HIGH quote and go from there! Freehold Hyundai must be investigated for POOR training practices, POOR sales practices, and POOR management practices. This form of sales has been going on for YEARS and apparently they are seeking to GOUGE, not compete properly with other car dealerships! More

I went to this dealership with every intention of buying a new 2011 Hyundai sonata. After bargaining back and forth and the salesmen (Frank) not taking no for an answer I was pressured not only by him but a new 2011 Hyundai sonata. After bargaining back and forth and the salesmen (Frank) not taking no for an answer I was pressured not only by him but by all management to go into a lease. I left with my new car happy as ever. Was told I had all the approvals but then after having the car for 3 days got a phone call saying I needed to come in. They told me I had two choices to either put down 7,500$ down payment ( after I had already traded in a car and left $1,000) or give up my brand new car I had been driving for 3 days. Needless to say I had to go back get back my old car hand over my new car after I was assured everything was ok. They had no respect for me what so ever. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone all their ads are scams ( even the salesmen told my mother that its just to get people in their for higher end cars) and they just want to make sales! More

It was a very good experience and I WILL recommend this dealership to everyone I know and everyone I work with. Heather went above and beyond to get me into my new car. She went so far as to even deliver it to my house. YAY TO LESTER GLENN..... More
