I went in just to shop around. I am not sure what kind of car i actually want but figured looking and test driving would be the best way to decide. I have visited 4 lots in the past 2 weekends and this i must say has been the best experience EVER!!! i never considered buying a Hyundai prior but now its my #1 choice. More
The process was simple. I shopped around a bit, but found the best price here. I didn't feel pressured the first time so I went back (feeling pressured is a tunr-off for me so...) I have a 2007 Azera Limited. It is a great car. My results are the evidence for the quality of their service - Simply put, their repairs work. When one part was out of stock and the delay was 2 days - results are the evidence for the quality of their service - Simply put, their repairs work. When one part was out of stock and the delay was 2 days - then they gave me a loaner. I needed tha part because I went to an express type of oil change place and they messed up the oil pan cover re-installation after the change. It fell off on the highway, broke off and was destroyed. I now get my oil changes at the dealer (for 1/2 the price of the express place). I like that when I make an appointment, they estimate how long the job will take and best of all, they meet their time estimate. I live 30 minutes away from them and 10 minutes from another dealer - the 30 minutes drive gets me a much fairer repair price, on-time completion and zero arrogance. I always wait in the lobby for my service to be done rather than driving back and forth. But it is always a good thing. More
The staff was very attentive and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about their product. I purchased two new cars from dealership. Both experiences were great! I got the cars I wanted for the price I wanted. Frank and Aaron were wonderful. I never felt pressure to buy. I told them what I wanted where I wanted my payments and they were able to help me with a wonderful new Hyundai Elantra for my daughter. We found a car at this dealer (Toyota Rav) for $16,995. After much discussion and wasted time, we compromised on a price. Laura went as far as to show us on Kelly Books that the car was worth what they said it was worth, etc. My husband was willing to still buy the car and they agreed to allow us to take the car to our mechanic. We got home and did some more research and found out that the same car, with same VIN number, was on sale (online) for $12,995. When we submitted a request to be contacted they said that the price online was an error. Very dishonest people. The salesman went as far as to tell us he could put us on the phone with the woman who owned the car "right now" as we test rode the car to learn more about "this great car"... he never told us about the two car accidents either. More
