My initial experience with Freehold Hyundai was not very positive. My husband and I were in the market for a fuel efficient vehicle and we had our eyes on the Hyundai Accent HB. When we arrived at the dealership, we were browsing outside for at least 10 minutes looking at the cars. No sales person approach us at all during this time. We felt ignored. Finally a sales person approached us. His name is Kevin Burwell and assisted us with our car buying needs. He was professional and courteous and worked with us in finding the vehicle of our choice and at a price that we were comfortable with. At the end of the long evening, we did hit a snag with the purchase but after much negotiation, we were able to meet half way and the purchase went through. It was not as smooth an experience as I would like but at the end of the day, we did get our car. My advise is to go in with all the facts and a set budget in mind. More
