This is the worst place to visit. I bought the car with them then left the car with them for fixing few things. They kept the car for 1 week without any real work done. If I need to get any update on my car status I had to go to them. They never respond to the calls. They sort of fixed them but gave the car with new dent. Manager vlad asked me to schedule an apointment to get it fixed. I had to scheduled at 9AM and only after going there I realized that I need a we owe form and when I asked them about that they said vlad would be back at 2PM and only he has the authority to sign the we owe form. He did not delegate that responsibility to any one before he left. I had to leave the next day to charlotte for my new job. When I met vlad at 2PM he gave me a we owe form promising me that he would send me the cheque once i send him the estimate. After coming here I had to call 60-70 times and leave 50-60 voice mails in order to talk to him. Even after that I was able to speak to him fortunately. Then he was saying he would be able to pay back only 200$ as he doesn't have the authority. It's not how much money he would give me but I am so frustrated with the way they treat me I am ready give give them 2000$ if they promise me they would fire them. But then I realized it's not just him everyone at that facility are worth firing. I know I sound rediculous when saying this but imagine calling literally 70 times and 50 voice mails and getting no response. More

I brought my mom along for support because she's a great haggler, and they bent over backwards to accommodate her demands, which was no small feat. I'm super happy both with my car, and with the entire experience. PS ask for Steven Cirillo if you go here because he's awesome. More

I was near the completion of my lease of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and I was looking to get into a new Hyundai within my budget. The Sales Consultant, Jay Barakat, was friendly, courteous and professional. He earnestly worked with me to obtain a lease on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra within my price range. The sale went smoothly in all respects and my overall experience and customer service experience was exceptional. I would also especially like to note the customer service I received from Audriena DePalma, Customer Service Representative, for scheduling convenient license plate and registration pick-up, welcoming me to the Freehold Hyundai "family", and laying the groundwork for a very positive experience with the dealership going forward. One last thing. I had forgotten that I left my EZ Pass device in the lease that I had returned ( the 2011 Hyundai Sonata). I contacted Jay and Audriena a day later when I realized this and they had already retrieved it and held it for me until I returned for my License plates and registration. More

We went to Freehold Hyundai to just look and see the new Sante Fe, we were greeted by a salesman named Dmity Mandrik. He asked what we were interested in and we told him a Sante Fe, but also wanted to che Sante Fe, we were greeted by a salesman named Dmity Mandrik. He asked what we were interested in and we told him a Sante Fe, but also wanted to check out the Tucsan. He showed us both, took them for a ride, explained everything about both cars. He then said I should also look at the Sonata and take that for a ride, After I did that I was sold. The car drives so smooth that I was sold on that. I have to say he explained everythi.ng about the car to us and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the experience that a few weeks later we needed to buy another car & went to see him again and purchased a new elantra. I told my family & friends that when the need a new car to go see Dmity Mandrik that he was a pleasure to buy a car from. B. T, More
Tom Tapke is the best! If you go to Freehold Hyundai, be sure to ask for Tom. He is very down-to-earth, realistic, honest and calm.
