Overall the salesman was nice and answered my questions. However, after the test drive the frustrations began. However, it was like pulling teeth to get a quote (I had one online however it included rebates that I did not qualify for). Every time I asked them for a quote I was asked "what will it take to get you to take the car today". Eventually the manager came out and was even more pushy than the salesman. His idea of a quote was writing a number on a piece of paper in a sharpie. Although the price he quoted ended up being very good, they were not willing to show me an itemized breakdown of the costs and wouldn't give me a quote in writing. I didn't end up getting a Hyundai, but if I did I would not return to this dealership as they were extremely pushy and unprofessional. More

I think he could tell I was at my wits end haha. but to make a long story short after telling Dmitry I was interested in seeing only two cars on the lot, he was great, he showed me both cars and proceeded to tell me in detail and in a way we would understand about each of the cars without being overly pushy . I went home that day (Saturday oct.26) very happy and with my new Hyundai Sonata! More
