Just left Freehold with a 2012 Sonata, replacing a 2011 Sonata. A great experience. Our saleman worked (an I mean worked) with us to make this sale happen, and we left happy. The worst experience ever! They would not give a solid number until I showed that "I was serious about buying a car" meaning leaving a deposit. There "Guarantee or its free" is all a gimmick. When I did I left, went to another dealer, they gave me a better price and better rate. Freehold Hyundai said that was an impossible rate and couldn't beat the rate. When I returned with my new Hyundai from another dealer they said "show me the receipt and they will beat it. So of coarse they would beat it now, its less of a loss than giving a car away and how do I return my new vehicle for a refund! Very pushy sales team and when you ask too many questions they switch sales persons on you, smoke and mirrors. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
