Raphael did not try to overpower us with sales talk, he was not a pushy salesman. He was very polite and attentive. The salesman Usman was very condescending. He acts as tho he is superior to his potential customers. Very poor attitude. Walked out of there very disappointed. Raphael was great to deal with. He was friendly and not pushy in any way. We went in with the idea of pricing an Elantra but they talked us into a Sonata. We did not do any research on the Sonata but th pushy in any way. We went in with the idea of pricing an Elantra but they talked us into a Sonata. We did not do any research on the Sonata but they let us use their computers to check our usual research websites. They are clearly pushing to sell Sonatas! Their offer was within our price range and we felt the Sonata was a much better car. My wife thought the ride was much better and the safety ratings are higher. Oh... and the Sonata has a spare tire! The Elantra, and many other brands like it, only have a tire repair kit. After 3 weeks we are very pleased with the Sonata. We would have only preferred that the Sonata was brought up earlier in the discussion rather then after we agreed to a price of the Elantra. I would go back to this dealer. I would recommend it to others and I would recommend that they make sure whether the additional warranty that the dealer has is included in the price or not. It was the only confusion during the discussions. The bottom line was I thought we got a fair deal. More

My fiance and I had been looking to new cars and thought why not take a ride to Freehold Hyundai one Saturday and see what they can offer us for a price that we would like. When we arrived the sales man Fra why not take a ride to Freehold Hyundai one Saturday and see what they can offer us for a price that we would like. When we arrived the sales man Frank Simonetti was outside and immediately asked if we needed any help. From that point on Frank sat with us and tried anything possible to work with our budget as well as what car we wanted. After 4 hours finally we were able to drive our 2011 Hyundai Sonata home. If it was not for Franks patience and kindness we would still be looking!! I def. recommend going there in anytime of need and friends ours already know where to go for their next car! Thanks Frank we really appreciate it! More
I took my 2007 Sonata in because the TPMS light came on. This is supposed to be covered by warranty. I told them this is the second time it happened. The first time they reset it and all was fine, no charge. This time I was told there was a 75% chance it would not be covered, sound like a setup? Sure enough, after diagnostics, the couldn't figure it out. They wanted to keep trying at my expense. This should have been an easy fix. I told then to cease working on the car, I would pay the $125 fee and leave. They somehow reset the light and I Left.. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer, although in hindsight probably didn't get the best deals and I have never had a problem with the service dept. This tine however the were out to rip me off! I will never go there again and NEVER buy another Hyundai Product. IMHO all the positive reviews probably coming from the dealer. More
