I've been dealing with Freehold Hyundai for 3 years now. I've always loved them and have sent many people here for their wonderful service department. That said, was not happy today. Got here early for my 10:30 appointment, waited 15 minutes to have my car checked in. It was very chaotic. Told them I needed it back by 2:30. They didn't even call to go over what needed service until 1:45. At that point I was being oversold service. I came on for a $20 oil change on my 2011 Sonata and was told I needed $1000.00 worth of worth. After expressing my anger I was told that I really only "needed" $500.00 worth of work. Then I was told my front brakes needed work and I told them they just did my front brakes at my last oil change. Shady!! Lastly I was told my car would be ready at 4:00, I got to the dealer at 4:45 & asked for Steve, was told he'd be right out.. Well it is now 5:54 & I still haven't seen Steve. Oh, btw, I noticed my car I. The carport about 20 minutes ago and brought it to someone's attention, gues what? I'm still waiting. I guess Steve went to dinner. More

Jim listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. In the end, I was the owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra for lower payments than planned. I am sending my mother-in-law directly to Jim and will be back when my wife needs a new vehicle. More

We went into the dealership one night to ask a question about trading in our lease from another dealership. Vince Mucci sat with us and patiently answered all our questions, and even took us out for a tes about trading in our lease from another dealership. The car we took out was a little more hi-tech than what I was looking for, so Vince asked what was it I wanted. In all my years of purchasing new cars, I've always felt pushed into some car I really didn't want. Not here...Vince listened to what I wanted, and found it! He was never pushy, very professional and friendly and treated us like family. The time was getting late so we made an appt. to come back and see him the next day and he even had my car waiting to take for a ride. Needless to say, I loved it and now it sits in my garage :) I would highly recommend Vince and the rest of the staff at Freehold Hyundai to anyone! More
